We assess the impact on design, cost and timeline, discuss options and proceed after the change is agreed and documented.
Quality is monitored through site supervision, stage-wise checks and final review against approved designs and specifications.
We conduct a walkthrough, record agreed finishing items and complete handover once these are addressed.
